From the 14th to the 18th of October 2011 during the Novska City day celebration, cultural and entertainment events were organised for several days.

Between the 07th and  09th of the October 2011 the traditionally known cultural and entertainment event   "CHESTNUT FESTIVAL 2011" was organized.

By a wonderful weather  on the  25 th of September 2011. in Bročice near Novska took the event under the name "MIHOLJE" place.

The Beekeepers Association  "CVIJET" in cooperation with the city and the Tourist Board Northern Moslavina, under the auspicies of the Ministry of agriculture and the Bjelovar-Bilogora county, organized the 4th Fair in Garešnica under the name "DOMESTIC IS THE BEST".

On the 24th of September 2011 under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture the European Heritage  Day was celebrated.

Between the 09th and the 11th September 2011 the 19th International Autumn Fair took place in Gudovac near Bjelovar. By all indicators this was the most successful one, so far.

On the 27th and 28th of August 2011. the traditional  Manifestation "Gatherings in Lipovljani 2011." took place. The event was organised under the patronage of  Prof. Dr. Sc. Ivo Josipović.

On the 09th and 10th July 2011 the 6th Fair of  Crafts, Cooperatives and Tourism took place in Sunja.

The 7th Fair of Croatian Souvenirs was held at the Ban Jelačić Square from the 29th of June to the 03rd of July. The Fair was organised by the Assosiation "Croatian Souvenir".

At the end of June a group of young people from Ankara, Turkey visited the city of Novska. Their visit was part of a project including a demonstration of traditional folk customs of different countries.
